The efforts to get a custom GWRRA license plate have fallen a little short. Al Carmichael, the originator the project, indicates he is not able to accumulate the initial 300 orders required by the Commonwealth to produce the license plates. At this point, the project is on hold. Thanks to all those who assisted in this project.
