This web page contains event flyers, registration forms and newsletters stored in either Adobe Acrobat Reader format and Microsoft Word format. In some instances, the document is also available in a web page version. To open the web page version, click on the document name if it is highlighed. To open the Adobe or Word documents you must have either Acrobat Reader 4.0 or Microsoft Word. If you do not have either, you can get a free copy of Acrobat Reader by selecting the Get Acrobat Reader icon.

To retrieve a document, perform the following.

1. Review the list of available documents. The list is presented if order by submitting Chapter or by Date of the event.
2. Click on the document you wish to review in format of your choice. What the system does next is dependent upon the type of browser you are using. If you are using Internet Explorer, the system will display the document in a separate window. If you have selected the Word document, you can also print the document without opening it by selecting Print Target on the short menu (See FAQ for further details). If you are using Netscape Communicator, the system will display a window that allows you to download the document to your PC. Once the document is on your PC, you can open the document and review it.
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 as often as you wish.
